Vacancy - Customer Account Manager

Location: Stokesley, North Yorkshire

We are a family-run wholesaler, supplying independent pet and equine retailers all over the UK.

We are looking for a pro-active, customer focussed account manager to join our sales team.

The role involves:

• Speaking with customers daily to take orders and answer questions.
• Managing the current customer portfolio and developing new business
• Monitoring changes in customer spending patterns
• Collating paperwork and updating the CRM

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a friendly and professional phone manner and excellent customer service skills
• Is self-motivated and pro-active
• Has great timekeeping and is able to stick to deadlines
• Is a competent Microsoft Office user, especially Excel
• Experience with CRM systems would be advantageous
